Governing law and venue
Swiss law governs the legal relationship between FeedZero and its users. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venue rules in the user's country of residence.
Note for EU consumers
The operator is established outside the European Union. Where you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, mandatory EU consumer-protection rules continue to apply to our contract with you (see Terms § 6 for the 14-day withdrawal right and the express waiver for immediately-performed digital services).
